Brief about the Team:

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring training programmes for the supply chain team, including new hire inductions, refresher sessions, and project-based training initiatives. The role ensures effective learning delivery, maintains training MIS and dashboards, conducts regular audits and field visits, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives continuous skill development across assigned locations.

What are we looking for?

Prepare and adhere the Training calendar based on the business requirements

Conduct new hire Inductions on supply chain processes

Conduct regular refreshers for supply chain team

Maintain training MIS and dashboards, publish them based on the defined timelines

Plan and conduct Training Projects in assigned territory

Implement training projects in assigned locations and achieve desired outcomes

Achieve defined training man-days & man-hours.

Conduct regular training audits on the floor and field visits with the team for sharing performance feedback.

Handle multiple projects at a time and possess ability to work under strict timelines

Conduct regular catch-ups with stakeholders and share necessary feedback.

Assess participants regularly and conduct necessary trainings to fill any knowledge, skill and behavior gaps

Ensure the effective implementation of training activities in assigned locations

Collaborate with other Trainers & conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for them
